Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and energetic Warehouse Workers to join our facility in Boise, Idaho. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and safely. The Warehouse Worker will perform a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position demands physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety. We value teamwork and encourage an environment where proactive problem-solving is recognized. Candidates should be comfortable working in a warehouse setting, which may involve varying temperatures. Proper use of PPE, including safety vests and gloves, is required. Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and rotation.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Assist with regular inventory counts.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Use appropriate PPE during all tasks.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
  • Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting.
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and use of PPE.
