We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your contributions will be vital to the smooth and efficient functioning of our logistics and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred, but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You must be committed to following all Safety procedures and wearing the necessary PPE at all times. This position requires the ability to perform Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and to stand or walk for extended periods. Join our team and become an integral part of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize required PPE , including safety glasses and gloves.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
