You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy, ensuring our customers receive their items as expected. You’ll work with a variety of products, requiring careful handling and organization. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all associates must strictly adhere to safety protocols and wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves standing for long periods, repetitive motion, and regular lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging and prepare items for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation correctly.
- Process returns and manage returned inventory.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Follow all safety guidelines and utilize PPE as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting (up to 40 pounds).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
