We are seeking a diligent Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Sacramento, California. This role is key to our e-commerce operations, involving the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to the timely and efficient delivery of products. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to Safety are essential for success in this position. We are a growing Logistics provider looking for dedicated individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and other technology.
- Verify order accuracy, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected.
- Package products securely and efficiently, preparing them for shipment.
- Label outgoing shipments correctly and stage them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all warehouse Safety guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Must be comfortable with significant physical activity, including standing, walking, and frequent Lifting.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or similar role is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Understanding of Safety procedures and basic Logistics operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
