Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Virginia Beach, Virginia! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. In this versatile role, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping products. Your contribution is essential to the smooth functioning of our logistics network, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. A strong commitment to Safety, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment are crucial. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and utilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires regular Lifting and excellent teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Stock shelves and storage areas according to established procedures.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Strictly follow all company Safety guidelines and protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Identify and report any damages or operational issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets and support logistics.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or general labor experience is highly valued.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting tasks, up to 45 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and a proactive work attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and follow instructions precisely.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for all.
