You will be responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and distributing materials and products efficiently and safely. Your work directly impacts our supply chain and ensures timely order fulfillment. We prioritize Safety above all else, requiring strict adherence to safety regulations and the mandatory use of PPE. The position involves regular physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and shipments.
- Transport materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment.
- Accurately store and organize inventory in designated locations.
- Stage materials for shipping, receiving, or production areas.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of all required PPE.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues to management promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Material Handler, warehouse, or logistics role.
- Ability to perform regular lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Experience operating basic material handling equipment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Commitment to wearing and correctly using all designated PPE.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Understanding of general logistics principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
