Join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio! We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the flow of goods within our warehouse. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our logistics operations, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked, stored, and dispatched. You will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, managing documentation, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the receiving and shipping of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Schedule inbound and outbound shipments and manage carrier appointments.
  • Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing lists.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transportation providers.
  • Monitor warehouse activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
  • Assist with organizing and optimizing warehouse layout.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
  • Support warehouse staff with daily tasks and problem-solving.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and promote a safety-first culture.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with WMS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures, including lifting techniques and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
