As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our distribution center. You will be trained on how to safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and contribute to meeting daily operational goals. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Ensure accurate labeling and tracking of all goods.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 60 lbs regularly.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve operational objectives.
- Utilize provided PPE to ensure personal safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.
