We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the flow of goods within our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential for success. This position involves active participation in our **logistics** network, ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment. You will be required to engage in physical tasks, including **Lifting** and moving various items, and adherence to all **safety** guidelines, including the mandatory use of **PPE**, is of utmost importance. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
  • Stock shelves and organize materials efficiently.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Strictly follow all **safety** regulations and **PPE** requirements.
  • Assist with inventory management and reconciliation.
  • Support the overall **logistics** operations of the warehouse.
  • Perform **Lifting** of products up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with **PPE** and general warehouse **safety**.
  • Basic understanding of **logistics** processes.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
