We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing logistics team in Provo, Utah. This role is central to our daily operations, involving a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive warehouse environment. You will be responsible for receiving inventory, picking and packing orders, and assisting with general warehouse upkeep. Your ability to work efficiently and accurately will directly impact our customer satisfaction and operational success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Stage orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through diligent stock management.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE consistently.
- Must be capable of regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand product labels and order instructions.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Understanding of general warehouse safety practices.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must comply with all PPE requirements for a safe work environment.
- Familiarity with the logistics industry is a plus.
