We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is fundamental to the daily operations of our logistics center. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Properly store and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product integrity and proper labeling.
- Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company Safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Must be able to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Support the overall logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
