Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is fundamental to the daily operations of our logistics center. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Properly store and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
  • Accurately pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack orders with care, ensuring product integrity and proper labeling.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace at all times.
  • Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all company Safety regulations and use required PPE.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Must be able to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
  • Support the overall logistics process.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety.
