*Overview*
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality massage treatments designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients feel revitalized and supported in their health journey while contributing to a welcoming spa environment.
*Duties*
* Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs
* Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions
* Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments
* Provide exceptional patient service by listening attentively and customizing sessions accordingly
* Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend suitable therapies for pain management or occupational health concerns
* Maintain accurate treatment records, including client progress notes and treatment details
* Uphold all safety, sanitation, and professional standards in accordance with licensing requirements
*Skills*
* Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer care skills
* Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques and treatment planning
* Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies
* Solid knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and relevant medical terminology
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in a professional manner
* Experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare environment is preferred
* Demonstrated commitment to occupational health standards and client confidentiality

Pay: $30.00 - $100.00 per hour
