About the Role: As an Enterprise Software Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage a skilled team dedicated to the development of high-quality and scalable enterprise-level applications. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the team delivers software solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals. Responsibilities Guide and oversee the performance, development, and daily operations of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne technical and functional teams, including CNC administrators, JDE developers, and module analysts. Supervise the design, configuration, customization, and enhancement of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications to deliver scalable solutions across various modules such as Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, JDE CNC best practices, environmental strategies, security models, and Oracle standards, including lifecycle management and governance. Conduct regular evaluations of JDE environments, integrations, and custom objects, focusing on code quality, performance tuning, and compliance with JDE development methodologies. Lead investigations into complex ERP issues, delivering sustainable solutions to CNC performance challenges, batch job failures, and functional breakdowns. Cultivate collaboration with Finance, Operations, Service, and IT infrastructure teams to optimize JDE solutions that support enterprise-wide processes. Establish and enforce strong quality control and change management processes for JDE ESUs, package builds, environment updates, and orchestrator deployments. Craft and manage project plans for JDE upgrades, integrations, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and timely delivery. Mentor and develop JDE technical and functional team members, enhancing expertise in CNC, Orchestrator, UDOs, and module-specific capabilities. Provide consistent reports on ERP stability, performance metrics, advancement of enhancements, and team productivity to senior leadership. Skills JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Leadership:
Proven experience managing JDE technical and functional teams, including CNC, development, and module analysts. Application & Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of core JDE modules and custom object lifecycles. CNC & System Architecture:
Comprehensive knowledge of JDE CNC administration, environment management, and security roles. ERP Solution Design:
Ability to create scalable JDE solutions and integrate third-party applications using JDE toolsets. Performance & Issue Resolution:
Skilled in diagnosing complex application and business process issues. Problem Solving:
Proficient at troubleshooting ERP functional and technical issues. Enterprise Architecture Alignment:
Familiar with JDE's role within a broader enterprise landscape. Quality Control:
Experienced with change control and ERP release governance. Team Mentorship:
Expertise in developing talent, coaching team members, and fostering collaboration. Reporting:

This compensation range is based on the position's primary location. The actual base salary offered will be influenced by various factors including skills, experience, and hiring location.
