We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to our e-commerce operations, including receiving and processing incoming shipments, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth flow of our logistics. You will work closely with our inventory management systems and adhere to strict Safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory according to established procedures.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, boxing, and palletizing.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stock counts and record-keeping.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Adhere to all company policies, particularly those related to Safety and quality.
- Properly use and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and moving of packages.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics and fulfillment processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) are a plus.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures and practices.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety regulations and wear assigned PPE.
