Join our vibrant warehouse team in Raleigh, North Carolina, as a Picker/Packer! This fast-paced role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order lists, using hand-held scanners to track inventory movements, and then carefully packing items for shipment. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are key requirements for success. You will also perform quality checks on picked items and ensure they are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation is crucial. This position involves significant physical activity, including bending, reaching, and regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs. We are committed to your well-being and provide all necessary PPE . A strong emphasis on safety is integrated into all our logistics processes. Previous experience as a picker or packer is advantageous, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn.
