Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Organize warehouse space for optimal efficiency and accessibility.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform manual lifting tasks, following safe lifting procedures.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Contribute to overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Proficiency in operating basic warehouse equipment.
- Understanding of inventory control principles.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to following safety protocols, including PPE usage and safe lifting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.
