We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for accurate inventory management, performing quality checks, and utilizing warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders according to customer specifications and deadlines.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Commitment to safety and ability to follow instructions precisely.
