We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse, contributing directly to the efficiency of our logistics operations. Your primary duties will involve receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in all processes. You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly production goals. This position requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Understanding and adhering to all safety protocols is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards immediately.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required. Strong work ethic and reliability are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Commitment to safety and proper handling of materials is mandatory. Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
Working Conditions:
This role operates in a warehouse environment which may be subject to varying temperatures. Consistent use of required PPE, such as safety shoes and gloves, is mandatory to ensure personal safety and compliance with workplace regulations. Opportunities for overtime may be available depending on business needs.
