Join our growing logistics network as a Fulfillment Associate in Grand Rapids, Michigan! We are looking for proactive and organized individuals to play a key role in our order fulfillment process. As a Fulfillment Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. You will navigate the warehouse, locate specified items, verify their accuracy, and meticulously pack them for shipment, ensuring product integrity. This role is critical for maintaining our high standards of service and timely delivery. We foster a dynamic work environment that rewards efficiency and attention to detail. A strong commitment to workplace safety, including the diligent use of required PPE, is paramount. The role requires physical dexterity and the ability to handle regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify product details and quantities against order specifications.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Comply with all safety regulations and utilize mandatory PPE.
- Assist with other fulfillment-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a strong asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality.
- Capacity for frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of inventory and logistics principles.
- Dedication to following safety guidelines and wearing PPE.
