Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in Seattle, Washington! This role is integral to the smooth operation of our logistics and fulfillment processes. You will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You will be expected to operate manual equipment, such as pallet jacks, and potentially other machinery. Strict adherence to all company safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. The ideal candidate is a team player, reliable, and capable of handling the physical demands of warehouse work, which includes frequent lifting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in various aspects of warehouse management and contribute to a vital supply chain. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other manual warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Wear required PPE, such as safety shoes and gloves.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control.
