We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our busy facility in San Jose, California. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. We are looking for an energetic and dependable individual who can contribute to our team's success. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and contributing to a safe working environment. This position offers the opportunity to learn various aspects of warehouse management and contribute to a growing company. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to logistics and safety.
- Wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Assist with tasks involving lifting and moving boxes and other materials.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
