Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in Salt Lake City, Utah. This general labor role is critical to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks from receiving and stocking to order picking and staging. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Stage orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Contribute to the efficiency of overall warehouse logistics.
- Perform lifting duties, adhering to safe lifting practices for packages up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
