Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying accuracy and condition.
- Stock shelves and storage areas, ensuring items are placed correctly.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Load and unload shipments, using pallet jacks or other equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
- Wear all required PPE consistently and correctly.
- Perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting and moving of inventory.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall Logistics flow.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication skills. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Must be able to perform manual Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Commitment to workplace Safety. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics is helpful.
