Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Report any operational issues or safety hazards to supervision.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all protocols.
