Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Material Handler to join our busy warehouse in Dallas, Texas. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain. You will be responsible for the physical movement and organization of goods within the facility. Key duties include receiving incoming shipments, stocking inventory, and preparing outgoing orders. A strong work ethic, the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, and a commitment to safety are vital for success in this position. Responsibilities:
  • Unload and load materials from trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
  • Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials.
  • Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies and report findings.
  • Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Prepare materials for outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Follow all guidelines for lifting and material handling.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Physical stamina to handle frequent lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics.
  • Strong awareness of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Basic reading, writing, and counting skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
