We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Order Pickers in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking products to fulfill customer orders. This is a crucial position within our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. You will navigate the warehouse using pick lists or RF scanners to locate and retrieve items. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Use RF scanners or pick lists to locate and verify product information.
- Pack items securely and label them for shipment.
- Stage picked orders in the designated area for quality control and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring easy access to inventory.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily picking productivity goals.
- Follow all instructions regarding lifting and handling of goods.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse environments and logistics is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
