Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, and racking systems.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with warehouse machinery.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned and properly stored after use.
  • Collaborate with operations staff to identify potential equipment failures and implement solutions.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Respond to emergency repair requests promptly.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mechanics or electrical systems are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a warehouse or industrial environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
  • Experience with heavy Lifting and material handling equipment is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a secure work environment within our logistics hub.
