We are excited to hire a Fulfillment Associate for our dynamic distribution center in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is integral to our **Logistics** operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will also assist with receiving incoming goods and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic. We maintain a high standard for **Safety**, requiring all team members to adhere strictly to safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform frequent **Lifting** of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory.
- Label and prepare outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks as necessary.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle checking.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** guidelines and operational procedures.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of required PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order pick sheets.
- Demonstrated ability for consistent **Lifting** of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of fundamental Logistics concepts is a plus.
- Commitment to promoting a safe work environment and willingness to wear PPE .
