Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in the heart of New York City, New York! We are looking for motivated individuals to help us manage our fast-paced fulfillment center. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of order processing, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders accurately, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is essential to our Logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We prioritize a safe working environment, and strict adherence to all **Safety** guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected. This position requires individuals who are comfortable with physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and moving of products. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment center.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and **Safety** regulations.
- Ensure correct usage of all PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order specifications.
- Experience with manual Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles is beneficial.
- Willingness to comply with all Safety requirements and wear PPE .
