We are hiring a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders from start to finish. Your duties will encompass picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. You will work within our state-of-the-art warehouse, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. We prioritize a safe and organized work environment, requiring strict adherence to Safety protocols and proper handling procedures, including safe Lifting. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
  • Inspect products for damage before packing.
  • Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Prepare shipments by applying labels and organizing them for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including those related to Safety and the use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity goals.
  • Understand and follow all guidelines related to Lifting and material handling.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Must wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves when necessary.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory and logistics concepts is beneficial.
