Become a vital part of our warehouse team as an Order Picker in the thriving tech hub of Austin, Texas! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to efficiently pick and stage orders for our valued customers. This role is foundational to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are accurately selected and ready for shipment. You'll be navigating our warehouse, utilizing scanning technology to fulfill orders accurately and promptly. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders accurately.
- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify product information and quantities.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Dedication to safety protocols and procedures.
