We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. This includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient flow of inventory and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We are looking for individuals who are team players, possess a strong work ethic, and are committed to upholding our high standards of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming inventory, verify counts, and inspect for damage.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on customer requirements.
- Load and unload trucks, using appropriate material handling equipment when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
