We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the efficient operation of our warehouse. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. You will also be expected to perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus. Adherence to all **safety** protocols is paramount. You will be required to wear **PPE** as specified for your tasks, including safety glasses and gloves. This position involves **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs regularly. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and shelve inventory.
- Inspect and restock inventory.
- Pick and fill customer orders accurately.
- Pack orders for shipment, ensuring items are secured.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures.
- Utilize **PPE** as required by task.
- Participate in regular inventory checks.
- Assist with **logistics** planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with **PPE** and warehouse **safety** standards.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** operations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
