This role requires navigating the warehouse, using scanning technology to identify and gather items, and preparing them for the next stage of the logistics chain. We are deeply committed to workplace Safety and expect all employees to strictly follow our guidelines, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and can work productively in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order requirements.
- Package picked items securely for transit or place them in designated staging areas.
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area, ensuring easy access to inventory.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or damaged items.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols, including proper Lifting techniques and the consistent use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Meet or exceed daily picking and productivity targets.
- Contribute positively to team goals and operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs, on a regular basis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good spatial awareness and ability to navigate warehouse aisles.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills and reliability.
