Our rapidly expanding Logistics center in San Jose, California, is looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in preparing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking products from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and ensuring that all outgoing orders meet our quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will work within a dynamic team environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our e-commerce fulfillment processes. Maintaining a safe workspace is crucial, and you will be expected to follow all Safety guidelines rigorously, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare items for shipment, including boxing and labeling.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent order picking.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and procedures.
- Properly use and maintain all assigned PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with Loading and unloading as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or Logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to Safety and understanding of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
