We are looking for skilled Pickers/Packers to join our bustling distribution center in Huntsville, Alabama! This role is vital to our logistics success, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for locating products within the warehouse using order lists, carefully picking items, and then packing them securely for transit. Your accuracy and speed are key to fulfilling customer expectations. Safety is paramount in our operations. All employees must adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear the required PPE , including safety glasses, gloves, and appropriate footwear. This position involves significant physical activity, including extensive walking, standing, bending, and the regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. We seek motivated, detail-oriented individuals who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse role is beneficial, but we are eager to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy. You will utilize scanning technology to ensure orders are picked correctly and track inventory movements. Your attention to detail in both picking and packing minimizes errors and ensures customer satisfaction. A proactive mindset towards maintaining a safe and organized workspace is essential.
