Our distribution center in Baltimore, Maryland is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers! This position is a cornerstone of our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receipt to dispatch. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, preparing shipments for delivery, and maintaining the overall tidiness of the warehouse. Upholding the highest standards of safety is non-negotiable. All employees must adhere to company safety policies and procedures, which includes the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE ). This will typically include safety vests, sturdy footwear, and protective gloves. The physical demands of this role require the ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds and prolonged periods of standing and walking. We are seeking reliable, energetic individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to teamwork. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but we are eager to train individuals who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and contribute. Your role is vital in ensuring that our operational goals are met efficiently and effectively. You will be trained on using equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials safely. A proactive attitude towards maintaining a hazard-free environment and contributing to overall warehouse efficiency is highly valued.
