Our rapidly growing company is looking for a proactive Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be integral to the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of every order that leaves our facility. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to Safety. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and reliability are key. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting of packages up to 40 pounds.
- Understand and contribute to the flow of logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
