We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our growing logistics team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your primary duties will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, and retrieving inventory. You will work closely with team members to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety protocols. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in warehouse operations. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Your contributions will be vital to our supply chain success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse areas.
- Pick and pack orders according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
