We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Miami, Florida. You will be involved in various warehouse tasks, from receiving and stocking to picking and packing, all while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified and experienced).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with audits.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanning devices.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting, up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE is essential.
