Our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania facility is actively seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our dedicated team. This critical role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, directly impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for conducting thorough cycle counts, performing comprehensive audits, and investigating and resolving any discrepancies found in our stock. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid understanding of inventory management best practices within a logistics framework. Your duties will include maintaining real-time inventory data in our WMS, identifying obsolete or slow-moving stock, and contributing to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing inventory levels. Maintaining a Safe work environment is our top priority, and adherence to all Safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. This role requires the ability to handle various tasks, which may include moderate Lifting, within our dynamic warehouse setting.
