Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick products for customer orders using electronic devices and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product safety.
- Assist with shipping preparations and loading of trucks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse machinery and tools.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is beneficial.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
