Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse locations based on order lists.
- Verify product information and quantities before picking.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and order updates.
- Stage picked items appropriately for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring it is free from hazards.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse operations as needed.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
