We’re looking for a senior Product Lead to help improve, optimize, and guide the build of our software products, with a strong emphasis on AI-powered features and workflows.
This is a product-first role. AI integration is the goal. You should be someone who knows how to make software products clearer, easier to use, and more valuable, and who understands how to integrate AI in ways that actually improve user experience.
This role is ideal for a seasoned product professional who is hands-on, opinionated, and comfortable working with engineers and designers to ship and iterate quickly.
_*What You’ll Do*_
* Lead product direction, prioritization, and execution across web/software products
* Improve usability, workflows, onboarding, and overall user experience
* Define product requirements and translate ideas into clear specs for engineering
* Guide AI integrations (LLMs, automation, data-driven features) from a product and UX perspective
* Identify friction, validate solutions, and drive continuous improvement
* Work closely with engineering and design to ensure high-quality delivery
_*What We’re Looking For*_
* 7+ years in product management or product leadership roles
* Proven experience improving and scaling real software products
* Strong UX and usability instincts (you care how things feel to users)
* Experience working with AI-powered features or platforms (LLMs, automation, ML, etc.)
* Technically fluent enough to collaborate closely with engineers (APIs, systems, tradeoffs)
* Clear communicator who can drive decisions and keep teams aligned

* SaaS or platform experience
* Startup or fast-moving product environments
* Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and product metrics

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
