Salesforce Copado DevOps Engineer
to join a high-performing team delivering scalable, secure, and automated Salesforce releases across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In this role, you'll take ownership of the
end-to-end DevOps lifecycle , designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, improving release quality, and driving automation across multiple Salesforce environments. You'll play a key role in shaping DevOps strategy, ensuring alignment with SDLC controls, and enabling faster, more reliable deployments Key responsibilities: Lead Salesforce DevOps strategy using Copado (or similar tools) Design and manage CI/CD pipelines integrated with Git-based version control (e.g. GitHub) Oversee environment management, including sandbox strategy, data seeding, and deployment sequencing Implement automation for deployments, testing, and validation using Copado and SFDX Enforce code quality, governance, and security standards within the release process Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure smooth, stable releases Promote best practices in version control, release management, and rollback strategies Mentor teams and...
