The Role: As a Cost Manager, youll ensure projects stay on budget while managing risks, contracts, and commercial outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include: Preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation Managing valuations, change orders, and final accounts Resolving commercial disputes fairly and efficiently Supporting contract administration and procurement Delivering clear cost reports to keep projects on track Were Looking For: Experience in cost management (pre- and post-contract) on large-scale projects (data centres preferred) A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills Ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment Willingness to travel occasionally for client and site meetings Consultancy, client or xcfaprz Main contractor experience CSA or M&E bias 3-5 years experience Why Join?
