This role focuses on converting applications to completed mortgages.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering sales targets, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the continued development of the mortgage sales function.
Skills Proven end-to-end mortgage sales experience.
APA (Mortgages) qualification essential; QFA or Professional Banker desirable.
Strong understanding of mortgage regulation and compliance.
Experience working with credit teams to progress applications.
Demonstrated success in achieving application-to-completion targets.
Ability to work effectively within a team in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion and drawdown.
Provide proactive and responsive support to customers via digital and remote channels.
Achieve agreed conversion and completion targets through effective pipeline management.
Prepare detailed credit assessments to support underwriting decisions.
Work collaboratively with sales, product, and credit teams to improve processes and outcomes.
Identify and resolve process challenges in partnership with management.
Generate additional business through personal networks alongside company-provided leads. xcfaprz
Report performance and progress against objectives.
