Do you want to be part of a world where every day is different and where your work contributes to creating magical moments? Do you want to contribute to the magic of live shows?
For over 35 years, Stageline has been designing and manufacturing mobile stages that host the biggest artists at events such as Osheaga, Heavy MTL, Lasso, or the Montreal Jazz Festival. Our stages travel all across North America, and our team is at the heart of this success.
Your role in the team:
As a Production worker, you will actively participate in the manufacturing of our stages by supporting different production departments, handling and preparing materials, and maintaining the work environment. Within our Scène Éthique division, at our site located on the South Shore, we are looking for a manufacturing laborer.
Your responsibilities:

  • Participate in the manufacturing of Stageline stages and trailers by assisting various departments (e.g.: receiving goods).
  • Prepare and cut certain materials (mainly steel).
  • Handle and move parts and materials.
  • Contribute to general maintenance and keeping the factory organized.
  • Use hand and mechanical tools (saw, grinder, tape measure, etc.).
  • Apply safe work methods at all times.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required by production.

What success looks like
Within the first 6 months:
  • Learn to work with various tools used in the factory.
  • Understand the basic steps of the manufacturing process.

Within the first year:

  • Be able to effectively support colleagues in the production department.
  • Be autonomous in carrying out daily tasks and contribute to continuous improvement.

You are the person we are looking for if:

  • You have good manual skills and are resourceful.
  • You are familiar with basic factory tools and safety rules.
  • You are known for your teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • You have French comprehension (mandatory).

By joining the #StagelineFam:

  • You will benefit from a complete range of social advantages (insurance, RRSP, telemedicine, EAP).
  • You will work in a modern, safe, and environmentally responsible workplace.
  • You will be part of a passionate, dynamic, and close-knit team.

All applications will be reviewed. However, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
Proud to subscribe to the principle of equal access to employment, Stageline supports diversity and ensures that all its employees can thrive in an environment where everyone feels valued and respected. All qualified candidates will be considered regardless of citizenship, ethnicity, race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other status protected by law.
