Your Role: Materials & Logistics Team Leader

As the Materials & Logistics Team Leader , you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our Goods Inward and Shipping Functions. Your mission? To ensure that all incoming materials and outgoing finished goods are processed accurately, safely, and on time. You will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and effective service delivery.

What You Will Bring:
  • Expertise in International Shipping: Knowledge of shipping protocols across all freight modes, including Incoterms, commodity codes, and tariff classifications.
  • Documentation Management: Proven ability to handle complex import/export documentation and customs entries, with direct liaison experience with the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Supervisory Experience: Skilled in managing the end-to-end "Goods In" process, ensuring 100% accuracy in ERP/MRP transactions.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to prioritize workloads, manage team performance, and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Safety Commitment: Dedication to maintaining a safe working environment through strict adherence to HSE policies and workplace standards.
  • KPI Monitoring: Experience in developing and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and participating in audits for process compliance.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Goods In: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and booking-in of all incoming materials and components.
  • Shipping: Manage transport logistics, ensuring compliance with Incoterms and customer requirements.
  • Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock records, lead cycle counts, and support stock audits.
  • General Leadership: Participate in audits, prioritize team workloads, and create a motivating work environment.
