Your RoleAs an Integrated Manufacturing Technician, you’ll be part of a highly skilled maintenance team at our state-of-the-art facility. Your mission? To deliver excellence by providing engineering maintenance support to all manufacturing assets and equipment. You’ll work with:
- Automated equipment, including robots and welding systems
- Laser joining systems and automated conveyors
- Complex tooling, fixturing, and lifting equipment
This is a fantastic opportunity for electrical, mechanical, or multiskilled engineers. You’ll receive top-notch training, including:
- Siemens Training
- Kuka Robotics Training
- ABB Robotics Training
Join us in building Battery Packs, Electric Drive Units, and other electrification machinery, and be part of the exciting world of electric vehicles!
What to ExpectAs a key member of the Maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first response to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime through safe working practices
- Conducting PM checks and running checks, ensuring completion to schedule
- Implementing permanent corrective actions for recurring issues
- Carrying out weekend/shutdown work and delivering projects as needed
- Willingness to undertake training as required by the business
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering
- Significant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with CNC Machining Centres, conveyor systems, and auxiliary equipment
- A good working knowledge of Siemens PLCs and electrical fault-finding techniques
